Returns or refunds will only be initiated in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product.

All returns and refunds are subject to quality checks conducted by our assurance team and must meet the criteria specified in our policies.

Products must be in their original condition with all documentation.

Verification of product-related documents (e.g., insurance certificate, invoice, product certificate).

Refund value excludes coupon discounts or promo code reductions.

Custom-made items or engraved jewelry may not be eligible.

Return Abuse:

Customers are prohibited from abusing the return or refund policies by returning used, altered, or misrepresented items. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that do not meet the criteria outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Return Conditions:
